The 1923 Chevrolet Panel delivery Truck was introduced in January 1923.  These trucks were identified by their raised hood lines, higher radiators with a flatter top surface and a narrower cowl section.  The utility delivery had a large open flare board express box and closed cab.  The truck had many standard features which included integral headlamps, dimmers, special combination dash and instrument board, front and rear fenders and running boards with shields.
